The foundation for a strong, balanced, and protected energy field.

Why Energetic Hygiene Matters

Just as we nourish our bodies with good food, fresh air, and movement, our energy field also needs regular care to stay strong and vibrant. Throughout daily life, we come into contact with different energies—some uplifting and others dense or disruptive. Over time, the negative external influences can build up in our system, leading to effects such as:


🔹 Feeling drained, foggy, or emotionally unstable
🔹 Unexplained mood swings, anxiety, or heaviness
🔹 Increased negative thoughts or intrusive emotions
🔹 Spiritual disconnection or feeling blocked in life

Left unchecked, energetic imbalances can create weak spots in your energy field, making you more vulnerable to attachments, negative influences, and spiritual interference.


This is why energetic hygiene is essential—it keeps your energy clear, strong, and protected.

Clearing Isn’t Always A One-Time Fix

Just like showering, cleaning your house, or washing your car—clearing your energy isn’t something you do once and expect to stay spotless forever. Energetic hygiene is an ongoing practice, not a one-time solution.

While many people experience immediate relief or powerful shifts after a clearing, others may need more time—or repeated support—to fully stabilize. Even after a strong clearing, it’s possible to revert if your environment, habits, or boundaries aren’t supportive.

We don’t expect prayer or meditation to solve everything in just one session—and the same goes for any therapy, whether it’s counseling, physical therapy, or massage. The benefits are cumulative. Spiritual clearing is no different. It’s part of an ongoing commitment to staying aligned, protected, and energetically strong.

How Energy Hygiene Works (Big Picture)

Maintaining a clear and resilient energy field involves 3 key practices:

1️⃣  Strengthening Your Energy Field (Your First Line of Defense)

Your personal energy field is the boundary between you and the external world. The stronger it is, the less likely you are to absorb negative energy or interference.

Be good to your body and live a balanced life

🔹 Eating nourishing foods supports energetic resilience.
🔹 Quality sleep & taking needed down-time repairs both physical & energetic systems

🔹Regular exercise moves & balances energy.

Build energetic strength through spiritual & energetic practices (Regular practice is key!)

🔹 Breathwork, Qi Gong, yoga, prayer, visualization, and meditation all help fortify your energy.

Keep your energy field strong & resilient

🔹 Weak spots in your energy field make you vulnerable—drugs, alcohol, and even overuse of medications can weaken your protective barrier.


Substances like marijuana, alcohol, or recreational drugs are a common reason people attract new attachments—even after a clearing. These substances can push you partially out of your body, leaving it energetically unoccupied or creating holes in the aura, making it easier for unwanted energies to enter.

🔹 Chronic stress, unresolved trauma, and poor health also deplete your energy field.

Stay grounded (A stable energy field is a strong energy field!)

​​🔹 Being ungrounded makes your energy scattered & chaotic.

Grounding through being in nature, walking barefoot, and mindful movement such as stretching, yoga, or breathwork strengthens your energy field and promotes stability.​​

2️⃣  Protecting Your Energy & Avoiding Toxic Environments

Maintaining a strong energy field isn’t just about strengthening—it’s also about preventing negative energy from attaching.

Be mindful of where you go & who you spend time with:

🔹 Bars, clubs, and chaotic environments are filled with energetic debris.
🔹 Habitually negative or draining people can transfer their energy to you.
🔹 Engaging in toxic online discussions can drain your energy.
🔹 Recreational drug and alcohol use—can dramatically weaken your field. These substances can push you out of your body, lower your defenses, and make it easier to pick up attachments from people or the environment.

Be mindful of energetic disruptors in your environment:

🔹 Excessive fluorescent lighting, EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies), and artificial environments can weaken sensitive individuals.
🔹 Prolonged exposure to these stressors can lead to fatigue, overstimulation, or energy depletion.
🔹 If you're highly sensitive, limit exposure and incorporate grounding techniques to counterbalance the effects.

Set energetic boundaries:
 

​​​​🔹 Avoid energy vampires—people who drain or manipulate your energy.
🔹 Limit time in low-vibration environments.
🔹 Be mindful of who you let into your energetic space.

A Note on Plant Medicine Ceremonies

While plant medicines like Ayahuasca or Psilocybin can be powerful tools for healing and awakening, they also open spiritual gateways that can potentially make you more vulnerable to entity attachment or energetic interference.


These ceremonies often involve deep energetic openings, and in group settings, it’s not uncommon for entities or attachments to transfer from one participant to another—especially if strong spiritual protection isn’t in place.


Discernment, intention, and proper energetic boundaries are critical when entering these spaces. I regularly work with clients who picked up spiritual interference during or after ceremonial work, often unknowingly.

3️⃣  Clearing Energetic Residue & Negative Influences

Even with a strong energy field, external energies can still transfer through daily interactions. Regular clearing practices help maintain a light, high-vibration state and may deter attachments and interference.

Common clearing methods include:

🔹 Grounding & breathwork (Consolidates your energy and releases what isn’t yours.)
🔹 Intentional energy clearing (such as using white light visualization, or smudging with sage)
🔹 Nature immersion (Being in nature naturally helps clear your energy.)
🔹 Movement-based clearing (Exercise, dancing, shaking off energy.)

💎 Crystals carry energy, too.

If you keep crystals in your home or carry them, know that they can accumulate, transmit, and even amplify energies—both positive and negative. Many people don’t realize that their crystals may be holding old or unwanted energy.


It’s important to cleanse crystals regularly, especially if they are worn or carried. Simply placing them outside in the moonlight or on Selenite overnight does the trick.

What to Expect When You Start Practicing Energy Hygiene

🔹 You’ll begin feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
🔹Emotional releases may occur as old energy clears.

When Energetic Hygiene Isn't Enough

Practicing spiritual & energetic hygiene is essential for maintaining a strong, balanced energy field. However, once an attachment occurs—whether it's an entity, energetic implant, or deep entanglement—personal clearing techniques alone are often not enough to remove it.

🔹 Entities and implants are intelligent interferences—they do not simply dissolve with smudging or shielding techniques.
🔹 Once attachments form, they need specialized removal to fully clear them from your energy field.
🔹 If you’re experiencing persistent energetic interference, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or unexplained emotions, you may need deeper clearing work.
